补肾益心片对高血压大鼠性功能及阴茎海绵体的干预研究

摘要

目的 观察补清结合法中成药补肾益心片对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)血压及其勃起功能的干预作用.方法 将原发性高血压雄性大鼠分为3组,补肾益心片组、缬沙坦组、模型对照组.分别予以补肾益心片、缬沙坦、生理盐水灌胃.治疗4周后,检测阴茎海绵体组织内一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、一氧化氮(NO)浓度以及Ang(1-7)的浓度.颈部皮下注射阿扑吗啡(APO)记录阴茎勃起次数以检测大鼠的勃起功能.结果 补肾益心片及缬沙坦均可提高阴茎海绵体组织内NO含量,提高阴茎海绵体Ang(1-7)含量,两组之间无统计学意义.补肾益心片组、缬沙坦组治疗后血压都明显降低,与干预前对比有统计学意义.干预后补清结合法中成药补肾益心片组和西药缬沙坦组大鼠阴茎勃起数大幅增加,有统计学意义.结论 补肾益心片可以改善SHR的勃起功能,增加高血压大鼠阴茎海绵体NO、Ang(1-7)的含量.%Objective To observe the effects of Bushen Yixin tablets (BYT) on blood pressure,erectile function,the levels of nitric oxide synthase (NOS),nitric oxide (NO) and angiotensin (Ang) (1-7) in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR).Methods SHR were divided randomly into 3 groups:BYT group (n =5),valsartan group (n =5),and model group (n =6).SHR were given BYT,valsartan and saline by gavages,respectively.After 4 weeks,the concentration of NOS,NO,Ang (1-7) in corps caverneux of NOS,NO in aorta were observed.The penile erection erectile function was detected by subcutaneous injection of apomorphine (APO).Results The concentration of NO in corps caverneux was significantly lower in BYT group than that in model group.The concentration of NO and Ang (1-7) in corps caverneux was significantly higher in BYT group than that in model group.The concentration of NO in corps caverneux was significantly higher in BYT group than that in valsartan group.The blood pressure decreased obviously in BYT group and valsartan group after treatment,there was significant difference compared with those before treatment.After treatment,erectile number increased obviously in BYT group and valsartan group,there was significant difference.Conclusion BYT can improve the erectile function,and increase plasma NO level in aorta and Ang (1-7) level in in SHR.
