肝动脉化疗栓塞术联合扶正解毒方治疗原发性肝癌临床回顾性分析

摘要

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of Fuzheng Jiedu Fang combined with transarterial chemoembolization(TACE) in treating patients with primary hepatic carcinoma.Methods: Ninty one cases were randomly divided into two groups.The control group in which 42 cases treated with TACE, and on the basis, traditional chinese medicine(TCM) group in which 49 cases treated with Fuzheng Jiedu Fang, and modified herbs with the changes of sydrome.The efficacy would be observed after two mouths.Results:After therapy, the scores of TCM syndromes in each group was lower than ever before(P <0.05);a comparison of the score differences of pre-treatment and post-treat-ment in TCM group was better than that in control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng Jiedu Fang combined with TACE can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of life.%目的：观察肝动脉化疗栓塞术（TACE）联合扶正解毒方治疗原发性肝癌患者的临床疗效。方法：91例肝癌患者随机分为中药组（49例）和对照组（42例），对照组患者行 TACE 治疗，中药组患者在其基础上加服扶正解毒方药，并随症加减。两月后评估治疗效果。结果：两组患者治疗后中医症候积分均较治疗前下降，差异有显著性意义（P ＜0．05）；治疗后两组积分差值比较差异有显著性意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：扶正解毒方联合 TACE 可改善患者临床症状，提高生存质量。
