含碘中药复方对实验性自身免疫性甲状腺炎血清抗体的影响

         

摘要

目的 观察不同剂量含碘中药复方对实验性自身免疫性甲状腺炎(EAT)血清中自身抗体和甲状腺质量的影响,并探讨其机理.方法应用完全弗氏佐剂和不完全弗氏佐剂免疫注射法联合饮用高碘水建立自身免疫性甲状腺炎大鼠模型,随机分为模型组及中药低、中、高剂量组,治疗6周后解剖大鼠,收集血液,观察各组大鼠甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)、甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TgAb)和甲状腺质量指数(甲状腺质量与体质量的比值)的变化并与正常组大鼠比较.结果 与正常组比较,模型组甲状腺抗体水平显著升高,各治疗组血清中的甲状腺抗体水平均显著降低;模型组与正常组比较甲状腺质量增加,各治疗组甲状腺质量减轻,中药高、中剂量组与低剂量组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),中、高剂量组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 含碘中药复方治疗EAT的作用机制可能是通过降低TPOAb、TgAb水平实现的,其疗效与碘的剂量有关.%Objective To investigate the effects of the traditional Chinese complex prescription containing various doses of iodine in treating experimental autoimmune thyroiditis (EAT) rats by observing serum anti-thyroid antibodies and the weight of thyroid. Methods An animal model of EAT rats was developed by injecting thyroglobulin mixed with complete Ireund's adjuvant immunization and incomplete Freund's adjuvant immunization, and feeding with high iodine water. All the rats were divided into four groups randomly: EAT group, the low-dosage, medium-dosage, and high-dosage of Chinese prescription group. After six weeks' treatment, all rats were dissected, blood were collected, the levels of TgAb, TPOAb and the weight of thyroid (thyroid/body) were detected The results were compared with normal group. Results The levels of serum anti-thyroid antibodies of all groups were significantly lower than that of EAT group. The thyroid weight index of EAT group was higher than that of normal group. The thyroid weight index of all treatment groups were lower than that of EAT group. The thyroid weight index of the high-dosage treatment group was lower than that of the low-dosage treatment group (P<0.05). The difference between the medium-dosage treatment group and the high-dosage treatment group was not obvious (P>0.05). Conclusion The mechanism of traditional Chinese complex prescription in treating antoimmune thyroiditis may be related with decreasing the levels of TgAb and TFOAb, and the effect depends on the dosage of iodine.
