高铁电磁辐射与女乘务员性功能及神经内分泌的相关分析

         

摘要

Objectives:To survey the effects of electromagnetic radiation in high-speed train on the sexual function,nervous and reproductive endocrine system of stewardess,and their relationship.Methods:The subjects were the stewardess in Guangzhou Railway(Group)Corporation.Questionnaire survey was conducted among the stewardess in high-speed trains and normal trains (including the general condition and sexual function)and the basic sexual hormone level and neurobehavioral core test battery (NCTB)were carried out.Results:The score of all six dimensions (including sexual desire,sexual arousal,vaginal lubrication,orgasm,sexual satisfaction and sexual pain)and the total score of the exposed group were lower than the control group (P<0.05);There was no statistical difference between the two groups in sex hormone levels (P>0.05);The scores of some affective state items,such as Tension-anxiety(T),Depression-dispiritment(D),Anger-hostility(A),Fatigue-inertia (F),and confusion-haziness (C)of the respondents were higher(P<0.05),and the scores of behavioral items were slightly lower (P>0.05).Conclusion:The electromagnetic radiation in high-speed trains may have a negative impact on the sexual function and emotional state of stewardess,while no obvious changes may be found in the nervous and reproductive endocrine system.Therefore,it is necessary to take occupation protection or mental health education.%目的:了解高铁电磁辐射对女乘务员性功能、神经系统、生殖内分泌系统的影响及相关分析。方法:以广铁集团公司女乘务员为调查对象,对暴露组(高速列车组)和对照组(普通列车组)女乘务员进行现场问卷调查(包括一般情况调查及性功能调查)、测定基础性激素水平、神经行为功能测试。结果:性功能调查显示暴露组性欲、性唤起、阴道润滑、性高潮、性满意度和性交疼痛六个维度及总分均低于对照组(P<0.05);性激素水平结果两组比较无明显统计学差异(P>0.05);神经行为测试中的情感状态项中的紧张-焦虑(T)、忧郁-沮丧(D)、愤怒-敌意(A)、疲惫-惰性(F)、困惑-迷茫(C)的得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);目标追踪及数字译码两组比较无明显差异(P>0.05);结论:高铁电磁辐射可能对女乘务员的性功能及情感状态产生负面影响,而对神经及生殖内分泌系统未发现明显影响,有必要采取职业防护或心理健康教育。
