附睾精子肉芽肿超声图像特征与病理检查结果的对比研究

摘要

Objectives:To investigate the image characteristics of color doppler ultrasound of SG and com-bine pathologic analysis to sum up experience and improve the diagnostic coincidence rate.Methods:The relation-ship between ultrasonography and pathological findings of 28 patients confirmed for SG by pathology were retrospec-tively analyzed.Results:1 4 cases were found low echo;7 cases were found moderate echo;4 cases were found high echo;and 3 cases were found dicty -anechoic.The image characteristics mainly related to how much lump fibrous tissue composed.Conclusion:The performance of color doppler ultrasound image is mainly based on the histopathological structure of the tissue.The combined use of color doppler ultrasound and pathological examination can enhance the diag-nostic coincidence rate.Color doppler ultrasound examination can be the first choice for detection of SG.%目的：探讨精子性肉芽肿（SG）的彩超图像特征，结合病理基础分析，旨在总结经验提高其诊断符合率。方法：回顾性分析经病理证实为 SG 的28例患者的彩色超声声像图与病理检查结果之间的关系。结果：28例患者中，彩超与病理对照分析显示：低回声型14例、中等回声型7例、高回声型4例、网状格无回声3例，各组彩超图像特点主要与肿块纤维组织成分多少有关。结论：精子附睾肉芽肿彩超图像特征表现主要基于其组织病理结构的特点，彩超检查结合病灶病理检查可提高彩超对该病的诊断准确率。彩超对SG 是一种有价值的检查方法，可列为首选。
