男性精子顶体酶活性与精液常规参数的相关性分析

摘要

Objectives:To discuss the value of sperm acrosome enzyme activity in evaluating male infertility by analyzing the relationship between sperm acrosome enzyme activity and index of routine semen examination. Methods:Routine semen examination was done and acrosome enzyme activity was detected to analyze the relation-ship between sperm acrosome enzyme activity and index of semen quality.Results:Sperm acrosome enzyme activity of sperm motility normal group was higher than that of abnormal group (P <0.05),and sperm motility,density of sperm and rate of normal morphology of normal group were higher than that of abnormal group (P <0.05 ). Conclusion:Sperm acrosome enzyme activity is associated with sperm motility,density of sperm and rate of normal morphology,which is an important indicator for evaluating semen quality.%目的：分析男性精子顶体酶活性与精液参数的相关性，探讨顶体酶活性在男性不育中的应用价值。方法：精液标本作常规的精液分析，并检测精子顶体酶活性，分析精子顶体酶与精液常规参数的相关性。结果：精子活力正常组患者的顶体酶活性高于异常组（P ＜0.05），顶体酶活性正常组的密度、精子形态及精子活力高于顶体酶活性异常组（P ＜0.05）。结论：精子顶体酶活性与精液浓度、精子活力及精子正常形态相关，精子顶体酶活性是一项评估精液质量的可靠指标。
