慢性肾脏病伴慢性前列腺炎合并心理障碍患者的针对性护理干预效果分析

摘要

目的：探讨慢性肾脏病伴慢性前列腺炎患者心理障碍及相关干预措施。方法：慢性肾脏病伴慢性前列腺炎患者82例，分为对照组和实验组。对照组给予常规治疗和护理措施。实验组给予常规治疗和护理，同时给予针对性护理干预措施，必要时加用抗抑郁药治疗。结果：实验组总有效率97．56％高于对照组总有效率80．49％，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。干预后，实验组 CPSI 评分低于对照组 CPSI 评分，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。干预后，实验组 QOL 评分低于对照组 QOL 评分，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．01）。结论：在治疗方法一样的情况下，对慢性肾脏病伴慢性前列腺病人针对性的干预措施可明显提高患者的治愈率，改善患者生活质量和前列腺症状，具有较高的临床应用价值。%Objectives:To study the psychological barriers and intervention measures of chronic kidney dis-ease in patients with chronic prostatitis.Methods:82 patients of chronic prostatitis complicated with chronic kidney disease were divided into experimental group and control group.Control group received routine treatment and nurs-ing.The experimental group was given conventional treatment and targeted nursing intervention measures,as well as antidepressant treatment if necessary.Results:The total efficiency of the experimental group was 97.56%,higher than that of the control group of 80.49%,with statistically significant difference (P <0.05).After intervention, the CPSI scores of the experimental group were lower than the control group,with statistically significant difference (P <0.05).After intervention,the QOL scores of the experimental group were lower than the control group,with statistically significant difference (P <0.01).Conclusions:With the same treatment method,targeted interven-tions can significantly improve the cure rate of the patients with chronic kidney disease,improve the quality of life, which has high value in clinical application.
