阴茎背浅静脉麻醉在改良袖套式包皮环切术中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨阴茎背浅静脉麻醉在改良袖套式包皮环切术中的应用。方法：选取2012年1月至2014年1月期间我院接收治疗的包皮过长或者包茎患者108例，所有患者均采用改良袖套式包皮环切术治疗。其中54例患者采用阴茎背浅静脉麻醉为观察组，其余54例患者采用传统的阴茎根部神经阻滞麻醉为对照组。对比两组患者的麻醉效果、术后疼痛时间以及术后并发症状况。结果：观察组患者的麻醉效果显著优于对照组患者，术后疼痛时间少于对照组，术后出现水肿、血肿、皮下淤血的发生率明显低于对照组患者。两组患者比较上述各差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：将阴茎背浅静脉麻醉应用在改良袖套式包皮环切术中能够达到更好的手术效果，减少患者手术前后的疼痛感，降低患者术后局部并发症的发生率。可以进一步推广和使用。%Objectives:To investigate the application of superficial dorsal penile vein anesthesia in a modi-fied cuff style circumcision.Methods:The 108 prepuce or pharoses patients in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were treated with modified cuff style circumcision surgery.54 patients treated with intravenous anes-thesia superficial dorsal penile were selected as observation group,and the remaining 54 patients using the tradition-al base of the penis nerve block anesthesia were the control group.Anesthesia effect,postoperative pain and postop-erative complications time status of the two groups were compared.Results:The anesthetic effect of observation group was significantly better than the control group,postoperative pain less than the control group,and postopera-tive edema,hematoma subcutaneous congestion was significantly lower than the control group.All the differences were of statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:The superficial dorsal penile vein anesthesia in a modified cuff style circumcision surgery can achieve better surgical results and reduce pain in patients before and after surgery and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,which is worth further application.
