262例不同年龄段正常男性孕前精液质量分析

摘要

目的：了解目前柳州地区孕前不同年龄阶段正常男性精液质量现状。方法：针对2012年5月至2013年10月来我院孕前保健专科做正常孕前体检的262对准父母中自愿做孕前体检的男性，采用精液自动分析仪分析精液的密度、活力等。用巴氏染色分析精子正常形态。结果：本地区受检262名男性中，精液量平均2．5mL，PH平均值为7．4，精子平均密度50．5 ×106／mL，精子平均活率38．1％，精子平均活力30．5％，精子平均正常精子形态13．1％。根据年龄分段显示，精子密度和活力、活率无统计学差异，正常精子形态组有统计学差异。结论：在孕前保健中男性精液质量检查非常必要，特别是超过40岁的准夫妇，不但　　女性要加强孕前保健，男性的孕前保健也非常关键。%Objectives:To understand the present situation of semen quality of 262 progestation male within different age group in Liuzhou area.Methods:262 progestation male volunteers that received preconception exami-nation in our hospital,from May 201 2 to October 201 3 were chosen.Density and motility of sperm sample collected from these volunteers were analyzed by automatic analyser.Results:The semen average volume,average value of PH,average density,sperm survival rate,average sperm motility and normal sperm morphology rate of the objects were 2. 5ml,7. 4 50. 5 ×1 06/ml,38. 1%,30. 5% and 1 3. 1%,respectively.According to the age segment dis-play,the sperm density,motility and living rate had no significant difference and the normal sperm morphology rate had statistically significant difference.Conclusion:The preconception care in semen quality check is very necessa-ry,especially for over 40 years old couples.Preconception care is not only important for pregnancy women,but also for male.
