清补结合补肾生精法治疗男性不育症疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察清补结合补肾生精法治疗男性不育症的临床疗效。方法：将140例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，治疗组（70例）口服清补结合补肾生精方，对照组（70例）肾阳虚者口服右归胶囊，肾阴虚者口服左归丸。疗程3个月，1年后随访。观察治疗前后患者的精子浓度、精子总活动力、前向运动精子比率等相关指标的变化并判断疗效。结果：治疗组70例，治愈8例，显效21例，有效29例，无效12例，总有效率82．9％；对照组70例，治愈3例，显效14例，有效33例，无效20例，总有效率71．4％，治疗组优于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：运用清补结合补肾生精法治疗男性不育症临床可靠，值得临床推广应用。%Objectives:To observe the clinical effect of bushenshengjing,clean and nourishing combination treatment on male infertility.Methods:1 40 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group (70 cases)was given oral bushenshengjing,clean and nourishing combination treatment.For the control group (70 cases),patients with insufficiency of the kidney-yang were given oral Yougui capsule treatment and patients with insufficiency of the kidney-yin were given oral Zuogui capsule.The course of treatment lasted for 3 months.The follow-up was conducted a year later.The changes of sperm concentration,sperm activity rate,forward movement sperm ratio and other relative indicators before and after the treatment were observed and analysed. Results:In the treatment group,there were 8 cured cases,21 markedly effective case,29 effective cases and 1 2 inef-fective cases.The total effective rate was 82.9%.In the control group,there were 3 cured cases,1 4 markedly effec-tive cases,33 effective cases and 20 ineffective cases.The total effective rate was 71 .4%.The effect of treatment group was better than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination treatment of bushenshengjing, clean and nourishing combination treatment on male infertility is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
