精囊腺磁共振成像对性功能评价价值研究

摘要

Objectives:To analyze the value study of seminal vesicle magnetic resonance imaging on sexual function assessment.Methods:60 sexual dysfunction patients were chosen as observation group.According to the different symptoms,they were divided into two groups,group A:30 patients,sexual apathy group,group B:30 pa-tients,erectile dysfunction.Another 30 healthy volunteers were selected as control group.All patients received magnetic resonance imaging test,IIEF-5 ,IIEF-1 1 ,1 2 scoring magnetic resonance MR manifestations of seminal vesicle was observed.The difference in seminal vesicle width ADC value,IIEF-5 ,IIEF-1 1 ,1 2 score between groups were compared.Correlation of seminal vesicle width and IIEF -5 ,IIEF -1 1 ,1 2 score was analyzed. Results:1 .The width of seminal vesicle in group A and group B were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0. 05 ).2.IIEF -1 1 ,1 2 score of groups A were markedly lower than those in group B and control group.IIEF-1 1 ,1 2 of Group B were significantly lower than that of control group,with statistically significant difference (P<0. 05 ).IIEF -5 scores of group A and group B were significantly lower than that in the control group.IIEF-5 score of group B was significantly lower than that in group A,with statistically significant difference (P<0. 05).3.The seminal vesicle width and IIEF-1 1 ,1 2 of observation group had very significant positive cor-relation (r=0. 81 ,P<0. 01 ),with significant correlation between the seminal vesicle width and IIEF -5 (r=0. 69,P<0. 05).Conclusion:There is positive correlation between the width of seminal vesicle and sexual func-tion.Application of MRI can evaluate the seminal vesicle gland function.%目的：分析精囊磁共振表现及对性功能的评价价值。方法：选择60例性功能异常患者为观察组，根据症状不同分为两组，A组：30例，性欲淡漠为主；B组，30例，勃起功能障碍为主。另选择健康志愿者30例为对照组。均接受磁共振检查，应用IIEF－5、IIEF－11、12评分性功能。观察精囊腺磁共振MR表现，比较各组精囊腺宽度及ADC值、IIEF－5、IIEF－11、12评分的差异。分析精囊腺宽度与IIEF－5、IIEF－11、12评分的相关性。结果：（1）A组及B组精囊宽度均显著低于对照组（P＜0．05）。（2）A组患者IIEF－11、12评分显著低于B组及对照组患者，B组患者IIEF－11、12评分显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。A组及B组患者IIEF－5评分均显著低于对照组，B组患者IIEF－5评分显著低于A组患者，n　　差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。（3）观察组患者精囊腺宽度与IIEF－11、12 存在极显著正相关（r＝0．81， P＜0．01），与IIEF－5间存在显著相关性（r＝0．69，P＜0．05）。结论：精囊宽度与性功能间存在相关性，应用磁共振检查可以对精囊腺功能进行评价。
