通前络汤与前列倍喜胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎的比较分析

目的:研究通前络汤在慢性前列腺炎患者中的临床疗效,为临床提供依据.方法:选取2014年1月至2016年5月医院诊治的慢性前列腺炎患者100例,根据治疗措施将患者分为对照组50例和观察组50例.对照组口服前列倍喜胶囊治疗,3次/d,2g/次;观察组通前络汤治疗,1剂/d,250mL/次,分早晚服用,比较两组临床疗效.结果:两组治疗前疼痛不适、排尿情况、症状影响、生活质量及总评分差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);观察组治疗后疼痛不适、排尿情况、症状影响、生活质量及总评分,显著低于对照组(P＜0.05);两组患者治疗前炎症指标IL-8、TNF-α及IFN-γ水平差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);观察组治疗后炎症指标IL-8、TNF-α及IFN-γ水平,显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:与前列倍喜胶囊治疗相比,慢性前列腺炎患者采用通前络汤治疗效果理想,能改善患者症状,减轻炎症指标,值得推广应用.%Objectives:To study the clinical efficacy of Tongqianluo soup in treating chronic prostatitis,to provide basis for clinical treatment.Methods:100 patients with chronic prostatitis in our hospital from January 2014 to May 2016 were selected and,according to treatment measure,were divided into control group of 50 patients and observation group of 50 cases.The control group took 2g of Qianliebeixi capsule,3 times a day,while the observation group took 250ml Tongqianluo soup twice a day.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:Before treatment,difference in the pain and discomfort,urination,symptoms and quality of life and total score was no significant between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).After treatment,those of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The difference in inflammatory markers IL-8,TNF-α,IFN-γ level was not significant between the two groups before treatment (P ＞ 0.05),but after treatment those of the observation groups was significantly lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Compared with Qianliebeixi capsule,Tongqianluo soup is better in treating chronic prostatitis,which can improve symptoms and reduce inflammation indicators,thusly worth widely application.
