抗病毒治疗阻断艾滋病母婴传播途径及孕产妇治疗依从性影响因素研究

摘要

Objectives:To study the influencing factors of treatment compliance of pregnant woman with AIDS in blocking MTCT route by antiretroviral therapy.Methods:The clinical data of 316 HIV infection pregnant women in our hospital from March 2008 to March 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Among the 316 pregnant women,there were 136 cases receiving one program of treatment,128 cases receiving two joint programs of treatment,40 cases receiving three joint programs of treatment and 12 cases without medication block,accounting for 43.0％,40.5％,12.7％ and 3.8％,respectively.The differences in informed choice,primary and lower education,minority,degree of believing doctors,birth parity,fundamental purpose,program complexity,confidence,physical condition and feelings between poor compliance group and good compliance group were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The influencing factors of treatment compliance of pregnant woman with AIDS in block MTCT route by antiretroviral therapy include informed choice,ethnic minorities,birth parity,treatment programs and confidence.%目的:研究抗病毒治疗阻断艾滋病母婴传播途径及孕产妇治疗依从性影响因素.方法:对2008年3月至2016年3月我院收治的316例HIV感染孕产妇的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果:316例孕产妇中,136例孕产妇接受一联方案治疗,128例孕产妇接受二联方案治疗,40例孕产妇接受三联方案治疗,12例孕产妇没有服药阻断,分别占总数的43.0％、40.5％、12.7％、3.8％;依从性差组和依从性好组HIV感染孕产妇在知情选择、小学及以下文化、少数民族、相信医生程度、本次生育产次、服药根本目的、方案复杂程度、阻断成功信心、身体状况感觉方面的差异均显著(P＜0.05).结论:抗病毒治疗阻断艾滋病母婴传播途径及孕产妇治疗依从性影响因素包括知情选择、少数民族、本次生育产次、方案、阻断成功信心.
