2007-2012年厦门市HIV感染者／AIDS病人传播途径分析

摘要

Objective To find out the route of transmission of HIV/AIDS from 2007 to 2012 in Xiamen, provide the ba-sis for the development of control strategies .Methods The data of HIV/AIDS epidemic situation from 2007 to 2012 in Xiamen were collected and analyzed,description epidemiology,χ2 tese,correlation analyze are used.Results There are 597 HIV/AIDS reported durning 2007-2012 in Xiamen, incidence rate shows a upward trend(r=0.98,P<0.01).Sexually transmit become the main route of transmission.The increase in the proportion of homosexual transmission is particularly evident.Conclusion The incidence of AIDS in Xiamen is a clear upward trend in the past five years.We should pay more attention on sex and homosexual transmission.%目的：了解厦门市2007-2012年HIV/AIDS病人的感染途径及同性感染人群特征，为制定防治策略提供依据。方法对厦门市2007-2012年艾滋病疫情数据进行统计，使用描述流行病学、卡方检验、线性相关等方法对数据进行分析。结果2007-2012年厦门市共报告艾滋597例，发病呈上升趋势（r＝0．98，P＜0．01）；性传播成为主要传播途径，同性性传播所占比例增加尤为明显。结论近5年来厦门市HIV/AIDS发病数呈明显上升趋势；应重点关注性传播人群尤其是同性传播人群的防控工作。
