镇痛膏（巴布贴）毒理实验研究

摘要

OBJECTIVE To study the preparation of traditional Chinesemedicine (analgesic ointment) for pain after abdominal surgical operation and acute or chronic disease with apply acupoint. METHODS The preparation technology was described and its toxicology experiment was carried out.RESULTS The prepation technology of analgesic ointment is reasonable.CONCLUSIONS The analgesic ointment could be used in clinic.%目的：研制纯中药制剂——镇痛膏（巴布贴）用于穴位敷贴治疗腹部术后痛证及一切急、慢性疾患疼痛。方法：制定镇痛膏制备工艺，考察该制剂的毒理实验。结果：本品制备工艺合理、稳定、可行。毒理实验研究该制剂未显示皮肤刺激性反应；无明显皮肤致敏反应；不良反应。结论：本品可用于临床。
