In treating large numbers of people wounded as a result of an emergency, hospitals have to confront and deal with various complex relationships. In light of their experience in this aspect, the authors hold that the following relationships need to be properly handled: ①the relationship between politics and profession; ②the relationship between social and economic benefits; ③the relationship between first-phase treatment and follow-up treatment; ④the relationship between the focal points and generalities; ⑤the relationship between the division of labor and cooperation; ⑥the relationship between reliance on internal strength and dependence upon external support; ⑦the relationship between clinical affairs and affairs involving medical technology; and ⑧the relationship between follow-up treatment and matters concerning rehabilitation.%医院在救治突发事件所致大批伤员时,要面对和处理各种复杂关系。结合救治工作经验,认为应处理好以下几个关系:①政治与业务的关系;②社会效益与经济效益的关系;③前期救治和后续治疗的关系;④重点和一般的关系;⑤分工与协作的关系;⑥依靠自身力量和外援的关系;⑦临床与医技的关系;⑧后续治疗与善后处理工作的关系。
