北京市医院脑卒中单元设置现况调查

摘要

Objective To understand the unit setup and medical resources deployed for stroke in hospitals in Beijing.Methods This cross-sectional study covered secondary and above hospitals (n =165)in Beijing with questionnaires Data were analyzed with software SPSS 13.0 and SAS 9.0.Results 107 hospitals were found with stroke diagnosis and treatment service,accounting for 72.3％; 35.5％werc found with stroke units,accounting for 35.5％.Among the hospitals with stroke units.16 have full time department chiefs and 18 have full-time head nurscs.The human resources,equipment resources and space resources of the hospital with such units are better than those without.Conclusion Given a rapid development of the stroke units in Beijing's hospitals,the development is far from balanced.Hospitals should enhance their stroke units,and well organize existing medical sources,to improve stroke treatment and prognosis.%目的 了解北京市医院脑卒中单元设置情况和医疗资源配置现况.方法 本调查为横断面研究,对北京市二级及以上医院(n=165)进行问卷调查.用SPSS 17.0和SAS 9.2软件进行统计分析.结果 提供脑卒中诊疗服务的医院有107家,占72.3％；设置脑卒中单元的医院有38家,占35.5％.设置脑卒中单元的医院中,16家有独立区域,16家有全职主任,18家有全职护士长.设置脑卒中单元的医院,人力资源、设备资源和场地资源优于未设置的医院(P＜0.05).结论 北京市二级及以上医院脑卒中单元发展迅速,但是发展不均衡.医院应加大推广脑卒中单元设置,对现有的医疗资源进行组织管理,以改进脑卒中治疗和改善脑卒中预后.
