公立医院参与医养结合的模式探讨

摘要

基于公立医院的视角，利用嵌入性理论中的结构性嵌入和关系性嵌入原理，总结了公立医院参与我国养老服务产业建设3种医养结合养老模式的优缺点，并结合实际案例，分析了不同医养结合养老模式的合作要点，提出相关建议，以期为公立医院更好地参与医养结合提供参考与借鉴。%From the perspectives of public hospitals ,the paper summarized the advantages and disadvantages of three medical‐nursing combined care patterns as participated by public hospitals.The study called into play the relational embeddedness and structural embeddedness principles of the embeddedness theory ,and real‐world cases ,to analyze the prerequisites of these patterns and provided suggestions for better participation of these hospitals in medical‐nursing combined care .
