胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白2与消化系统肿瘤的关系

摘要

胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白2 (Insulin-like growth factor binding-protein 2,IGFBP-2)是属于胰岛素样生长因子超家族中的一员,可以通过胰岛素样生长因子(Insulin-like growth factor,IGF)依赖和非依赖机制,在肿瘤的生长、增殖、转移、侵袭过程中发挥作用,还可以作为评价恶性肿瘤复发和预后的指标.本文详述了IGFBP-2的基因结构、蛋白结构、功能、信号转导途径及其与消化系统恶性肿瘤关系的研究进展,以期为消化系统恶性肿瘤的治疗提供新思路.%Insulin-like growth factor binding-protein 2 (IGFBP-2) is a member in the Insulin-like growth factor super family.It plays roles in tumor development,proliferation,metastasis,invasion through both IGF-dependent and independent mechanisms.It also serves as an index for evaluating the recurrence and prognosis of tumors.In this review,we discussed the recent research progress on IGFBP-2 gene and protein structures,functions,signal transduction pathways and their relationship with digestive system tumors,which hopefully may provide new ideas for the treatment of the tumors.
