Traditional in vitro investigation of human platelets and endothelial cells is usually conducted with purified platelets and endothelial cells, but the in vitro environment is quite different from that in vivo, especially in the shear stress cells received in vivo. Most people use animal models like mouse for in vitro experiments, which is also different from that in human.
