46例胃癌合并糖尿病的围手术期处理

摘要

Objective To study the perioperative management of the patients with gastric carcinoma and diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 46 cases of gastric carcinoma patients with diabetes mellitus were analyzed retrospectively from January 2010 to June 2011 in our hospital.Results All of cases received selective operations and had definite effect.7 cases had postoperative complications and 5 cases incision infection and 2 cases anastomotic stoma leaking,no operative deaths after operation.Conclusions It is very important to control blood glucose for patients with gastric carcinoma and diabetes mellitus in perioperative period.%目的 探讨胃癌合并糖尿病的围手术处理.方法 回顾性分析2010年1月～2011年6月46例胃癌合并糖尿病的围手术期治疗经验.结果 均采用择期手术,7例术后出现并发症,其中5例切口感染,2例出现吻合口瘘,无死亡病例,疗效确切.结论 术前、术中、术后控制好血糖在胃癌患者围手术期至关重要.
