日立HITACHI7600-020全自动生化分析仪污染的排查与解决方案

摘要

Objective To explore and solve the cross-contamination of HITACHI 7600-020 automatic biochemical analysis instrument. Methods Common biochemistry test was put onto No.l model plate:ALT,AKP,HDL-C,GGT,TG,LDL-C,PA,LP(a),CHE,ADA,TB,ASO,and No.2 model plate:LDH,CK,TP,ALB: GLU,UA,BUN,CRE,CO2,Ca,Mg,P,AST,AFU, Y -HBDH,AMY,m-AST and TBA.At the same time,the cross contamination of different biochemistry test were measured and compared analysis was done.Results 31 cross-contamination tests show:the test of Lp(a) was significant influence in the test of TG,and the test of CO2 was significant influence in the test of Mg also.Conclusion The cross-contamination result makes it clear that some abnormal data came out on the automatic biochemical analysis instrument.lt was necessary to set up a washing program and find a method to provide the clinical doctor with scientific correct diagnosis evidences.%目的 探讨日立HITACHI 7600-020全自动生化分析仪污染的排查和解决方案.方法 对31个生化项目,其中P1模块13个项目,包括:丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、谷氨酸氨基转移酶(GGT)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、前白蛋白(PA)、脂蛋白(LP (a))、胆碱脂酶(CHE)、腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)、总胆红素(TB)、抗O(ASO);P2模块18项,包括:乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)、磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、葡萄糖(GLU)、尿酸(UA)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(CRE)、二氧化碳(CO2)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、磷(P)、天冬氨酸转移酶(AST)、α-L-岩藻糖苷酶 (AFU)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)、淀粉酶(AMY)、线粒体同工酶(m-AST)和总胆汁酸(TBA)进行交叉污染试验观察.结果 31个测定项目交叉污染的结果显示:LP(a)对TG产生污染,CO2对Mg产生污染均可影响测定的结果.结论 全自动生化分析仪检测项目发现数据异常时,应该设置清洗程序进行清洗,并寻找解决方案,从而为临床提供科学、准确的诊断依据.
