投影寻踪模型在医疗质量综合评价中的应用

摘要

目的 利用投影寻踪模型对某医院六年的医疗质量进行评价.方法 利用该模型可将医疗质量评价的多个指标值综合为一维投影值,同时可以赋予各个指标相应的权重,这样既能达到评价医疗质量的目的,又能对医疗质量中存在的不足加以分析说明.再运用主成分分析法对该院的医疗质量进行评价,与投影寻踪模型的结果进行对比.结果 两种方法的结果差异不大,总体趋势都是随时间推移而逐步增长的,但投影寻踪模型的结果更接近实际情况.结论 投影寻踪模型对这类指标评价问题具有合理性和可行性.%Objective Using projection pursuit technique, a comprehensive evaluation model for medical quality is established based on the data of a hospital for six years. Methods This method can give a comprehensive evaluation projection index based on the all evaluation indexes of medical quality,and the appropriate weight of each index. Therefore, we can achieve the purpose of evaluation of medical quality and analyze the shortcomings of the medical quality. Then, we compare the results of projection pursuit technique with that of principal component analysis. Results There is not much difference between the results of the two methods. In general the medical quality is gradually increased over time,but the results of projection pursuit model is closer to reality. Conclusion The research shows that the projection pursuit model is reasonable and feasible to comprehensive evaluation.
