目的 探讨潜在类别分析在糖尿病脆弱性人群分类中的应用,为采取有针对性的干预措施提供决策依据.方法 选取经济受限、疾病严重、认知水平低、不正确的健康信念、医疗资源利用度低、生活受限、生活方式改变、时间缺乏、精神状态差、支持水平低、社会融合程度低和经历转型12个糖尿病脆弱性主题作为显变量,进行潜在类别分析,进而对人群进行分类.结果 根据潜在类别模型拟合结果得出3个潜在类别的模型是首选模型,具有糖尿病脆弱性的患者可聚为3个亚组,“高收入低资源利用度群体”组28(12.2％)人、“低认知重症群体”组68(29.7％)人和“低收入低健康信念群体”组133(58.1％)人.结论 潜在类别分析可用于糖尿病脆弱性人群的分型研究,探索各亚组人群特点,识别糖尿病脆弱性的靶点人群和重点内容,为开展健康干预提供依据.%Objective To investigate the application of latent class model in the classification of the people with diabetes vulnerability and provide decisions by taking targeted interventions.Methods Latent class analysis was used to classify the population with diabetes vulnerability based on 12 themes:financial constraints,severity of disease,low levels of health literacy,incorrect health beliefs,low utilization of medical resources,life restriction,lifestyle change,time poverty,the poor of mental condition,low levels of support,low degree of social integration,experience of transitions.Results It was concluded that three categories were the preferred model according to the latent class model fitting results.Patients with diabetes vulnerability were divided into three subgroups,"high income and low utilization of medical resources" group of 28 (12.2％) people,"low levels of health literacy and severity of disease" group of 68 (29.7％) people and the "low income and poor health beliefs " group of 133 (58.1％) people.Conclusion Latent class model could be applied in the classification of diabetes vulnerability.The characteristics of various subgroups were explored and target population with diabetes vulnerability and important contents were identified.The basis was provided by carrying out health intervention.
