美国职业安全与卫生管理机制综述

摘要

本文综合描述了美国职业安全与卫生管理机制，包括美国职业安全卫生管理体系的概况，以及法律基础、组织体系、标准制定、记录报告制度和监督管理等，其中一些经验做法对我国职业安全与卫生管理具有一定的参考意义。%Based on Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, the United States has gradually developed a func⁃tioning occupational safety and health management mechanism. The article introduces and analyzes the US occupational safety and health management system, focusing on the legal basis, organizational system, standard setting and supervision, recordkeeping and reporting requirements, etc. The experience of the US can offer certain reference for our occupational safety and health management.
