北京市海淀区医疗机构干预前后放射卫生量化分级评分对比研究

摘要

Aim To find out whether the radiation hygiene has been improved after the intervention. Method Make a general investigation on institutions with radiation medical treatment in Haidian District according to“score scale for radia⁃tion health of medical institutions of Haidian District, Beijing"between 2012 and 2013. During the period adopt several in⁃tervention methods such as training and conduction, to find out the difference between the scores of items before and after intervention. Result The status of radiation hygiene in medical institution has been improved after the intervention. Constit⁃uent Ratio of institution ranked A has increased from 30.1%in 2012 to 71.1%in 2013.Most of the items have got higher grade. Conclusion After the intervention the general classified grade of radiation hygiene in medical institution in Haidian has improved. The effect of supervision has been increased after the combined application of“Quantified and Classified Management”and targeted intervention methods.%目的：了解北京市海淀区医疗机构干预后放射卫生量化分级评分改善情况。方法分别于2012、2013年依据《放射卫生量化分级评分表》对北京市海淀区开展放射诊疗活动的医疗机构放射卫生状况进行普查，期间进行多层次培训宣传等干预措施，按照量化分级诊疗项目分类表比较前后2次结果的差异。结果通过实施医疗机构量化分级管理和一系列干预措施后，医疗机构放射卫生状况有了很大提高。A级单位构成比从2012年30.1%提高2013年71.1%。项目得分普遍提高。结论北京市海淀区医疗机构卫生量化等级总体有提升。对医疗机构实施放射卫生分级量化管理结合实施针对性干预措施，可以提高监督效果。
