目的：探索中医医疗管理质量管理模式对于开展中医医疗服务的不同类别医疗机构的作用，评估中医医疗管理质量管理模式的成效。方法上海市将浦东新区医疗服务机构划分为二、三级中医类医疗机构、二、三级非中医类医疗机构、社区卫生服务中心3类采用普查方法进行调查。在2012年至2013年内对不同类别医疗机构开展中医医疗质量管理，根据管理年末的打分，评估管理质量管理模式的成效。结果中医医疗管理质量管理模式对于中医类医疗机构在“发挥特色优势”、“临床科室建设”、“重点中医专科设置”、“中药药事管理”等领域具有积极影响（发挥特色ρ=0.033、科室建设ρ=0.001、重点专科ρ=0.004、药事管理ρ=0.024、适宜技术ρ=0.003）；对于非中医类机构在科研教育、中医文化建设、中医预防保健领域的提升具有积极成效（科研教育p=0.028、文化建设ρ=0.006、预防保健ρ=0.022）；对于社区卫生服务中心在站点中医覆盖、适宜技术、中医预防保健等领域具有改善效果（站点中医覆盖ρ=0.001、中医适宜技术ρ=0.016、中医预防保健ρ=0.012）。结论中医医疗管理质量管理模式在中医类、非中医类、社区卫生服务类医疗机构内运用对于其中医医疗的发展与开拓均具有积极作用，且不同类别的医疗机构所体现出的管理效果也各不相同。%Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine medical quality supervision for the different categories of medical institutions of traditional Chinese medicine services, evaluation of medical quality supervision mode effect. Results Medical quality supervision mode for traditional Chinese medical institutions in the"play special advantage","clinical departments build⁃ing", "focus on specialist settings", "Chinese medicine pharmacy management" has a positive effect(Give full play to the characteristics p=0.033, construction of departments p=0.001, focus on specialist p=0.004, pharmacy management p=0.024, appropriate technology p=0.003);Has positive effect for non Chinese institutions in scientific research and educa⁃tion, traditional Chinese culture, traditional Chinese medicine prevention and health care field(scientific research and edu⁃cation p=0.028, cultural construction p=0.006, prevention and health care p=0.022);For community health service center in the site coverage, appropriate technology, traditional Chinese medicine TCM preventive health care and other fields has improvement effect(the site coverage p=0.001, traditional Chinese medicine TCM p=0.016, TCM preventive care p=0.012). Conclusion Medical quality supervision mode of TCM in the Chinese class, non community health service class medical in⁃stitutions of traditional Chinese medicines, usage has a positive effect on the Chinese medical development and pioneering, reflects the different categories of medical institutions and the regulatory effect also each are not identical.
