目的全面分析新疆地区远程医疗会诊发展动态变化，为远程医疗长效有序发展提供建议。方法采用环比增长率和平均发展速度相结合的方法对新疆地区远程医疗会诊发展动态进行分析，更加清晰地反映新疆地区远程医疗会诊发展动态变化趋势，更好地预测新疆地区远程医疗会诊未来需求量。结果远程医疗会诊量呈逐年上升趋势，绝对增长量每年2000人次以上，发展速度不平衡，每年的环比增长率在13.9%～59.9%之间浮动，预计到2018年远程会诊量可达58211例；全疆各地区会诊量呈逐年上升趋势，但会诊量增量变化不一，发展速度差异明显，提示距离乌鲁木齐越远的地区对现代信息远程技术的需求越大，远程医疗会诊量也越大；远程会诊学科需求量也有明显差异，与新疆地区疾病谱呈正相关，与新疆地区常见病、多发病中疑难危重病种的分布也呈现显著的相关性。讨论新疆地区各级医院对远程医疗的需求日益增加，远程医疗的发展只有走向常态化、规范化和有序化内涵建设之路，才能将远程医疗成果广泛转化应用与临床实践，真正体现远程医疗价值和效益。%Objective Analyze the dynamic changes on the development of telemedicine consultation amount in Xinjiang region, and provide recommendations for long-term development of telemedicine. Methods Use the chain growth rate and the average growth rate method to analyze the development of telemedicine consultation, so as to forecast future demand for telemedicine consultation in Xinjiang region.Results Telemedicine consultation volume is rising. The growth is more than 2,000 people each year. The development speed is unbalanced. The annual growth rate is13.9%~59.9%. Teleconsultation in 2018 went up to 58211 cases. Xinjiang regional consultation volume increased year by year. Growth rate differences are significant. It shows that regions which are far away from Urumqi, has great demand for Telemedicine consultation. Teleconsultation needs discipline and a positive correlation spectrum of disease in Xinjiang.Conclusion Telemedicine demand is increasing in Xinjiang region. Telemedicine requires normalization, standardization and orderly development. Telemedicine needs to be applied with clinical practice, so as to fully realize the value and benefits of telemedicine.
