四川省燃煤型地方性氟中毒健康教育现况调查

         

摘要

目的 了解四川省燃煤型地方性氟中毒病区健康教育现况,为实施针对性的干预提供依据.方法 采用多阶段分层随机抽样,统一问卷调查9个健康教育项目病区县学生和家庭主妇对燃煤型地方性氟中毒防治核心知识的知晓、获知途径和相关行为形成的现况.结果 学生和家庭主妇对燃煤型地方性氟中毒的“主要危害”、“如何预防”和“食物免受煤烟污染的方法”的知识知晓率均在80%以上;获知途径学生主要来源于学校健康教育课(86.72%),家庭主妇主要来源于医生(50.35%);79.08%的家庭炉灶上方无烘烤或烟熏的食物,学生向父母宣讲防治知识活动行为形成较烟囱出屋和炉灶上不烤食物低(x2 =97.659,P<0.01).结论 四川省燃煤型地方性氟中毒健康教育现况整体较好,有效落实内容侧重于“如何预防氟中毒”的健康教育课和学生向家长宣讲防治知识的活动以及乡村医生对家庭主妇侧重于宣讲“氟中毒主要危害”的干预应是健康教育防治工作的重点.%Objective To analyze cross-sectional data of health education on endemic fluorosis caused by coal-buming in Sichuan Province, and provide evidences for the implementation of targeted intervention. Methods Using multi-staged stratified random sampling, students and housewives in 9 counties were investigated from coal-burning preven-tion counties. A unified questionnaire was used to collect the information of awareness rate of core knowledge, the way of learning and formation of behavior about endemic fluorosis. Results The awareness rates of the three key messages, in-cluding "the main harm" , "how to prevention" and "the methods of foods avoid polluting by smoke" about endemic fluo-rosis caused by coal-buming, among primary students and housewives both were more than 80%. The main way to get in-formation among primary students was from school health education (86. 72% ) , and the main way among housewives was from doctors (50. 35% ). 79. 08% of families did not bake foods through stove, but the activities that children introduced prevention knowledge to their parents were not implemented well (x2 = 97. 659, P < 0. 01). Conclusion The current sta-tus of health education on endemic fluorosis caused by coal-burning was good in Sichuan Province. The targeted intervention should be focus on health education lecture about "how to prevent fluorosis" , activities that children introduce prevention knowledge to their parents, and activities that country doctors introduce prevention knowledge focused on "the main harm of fluorosis" to housewives.
