北京市鼠疫防治人员鼠疫相关知识态度行为和培训需求

摘要

Objective To explore the awareness, attitude and practice (KAP) towards plague and the demands to the professional plague training. Methods A self-administered questionnaires were filled out by the clinician and public health professionals. Results There were totally 315 subjects. The awareness rates of the knowledge about the diagnosis, report, therapy and so on were high, most of them were over 90%. But the proper attitude and practice rates were relatively low, only 78. 73 % of the subjects knew diagnosing and reporting "unknown fever" patients. 88. 25% of subjects selected traditional training classes as first selection, and 92. 70% of subjects liked training teachers with practical experience. The updated websites on time were first choice as self-study materials. Conclusion It is necessary to improve the quality of plague training and plague cases surveillance, not only plague knowledge but also the attitudes and practices should be paid more attention among plague prevention and control specialists.%目的 了解鼠疫防治人员鼠疫相关知识态度行为持有情况以及对鼠疫培训的需求.方法 通过自填式问卷对临床医生和疾病预防控制人员进行问卷调查.结果 调查对象共315例,鼠疫防治各知识点知晓率较高,多数超过90％,但正向态度和行为持有率和知晓率明显不符,只有78.73％人员的选择会诊断和报告“急热待查”病例.培训需求中88.25％的培训对象仍首选统一培训集中授课,92.70％的培训对象选择有实际经验的专家作为授课老师；在自学资料中,网站资料最受欢迎.结论 在鼠疫培训时,不仅要加强知识的宣传教育,还应关注培训对象态度和行为的转变,及时了解培训需求,以期提高培训质量.
