高龄老年人居家照护需求及满足情况调查

摘要

目的：调查北京牛街护理志愿活动背景下高龄老年人居家照护需求及满足情况。方法以医院所辖牛街社区接受志愿活动的老年人为调查对象，采用方便抽样的方法，自设问卷对77位老年人进行入户调查。结果Barthel 指数量表显示大部分老年人基本日常生活自理能力较好，但工具性日常生活自理能力（IADL）失能明显。老年人的需求呈多样化，对健康相关方面的需求最为突出，如测血糖及血压需求分别为64.49％和76.62％；某些护理操作如打针输液和吸氧分别为66.23％和54.55％，健康教育指导项目范围在比例为58.44％～85.71％。在护理志愿活动背景下，老年人的需求尤其是健康相关需求绝大多数能够得到满足，但仍需精益求精。老年人对护理志愿活动评价较高。结论护理志愿照护背景下，老年人的需求绝大部分得到满足，这种志愿模式可为高龄老人居家照护提供较好参考。%Objective To investigate home care demands and satisfaction to nursing volunteer activities among eld-erly persons in Niujie Community of Beijing.Methods The subjects of inquiry werethe elder adults who accepted home nursing care by the Niujie nursing volunteersin Niujie Community.A convenience sampling method was used and a question-naire survey was carried out among 77 elderly persons.Results The Barthel index showed that self-care ability of daily liv-ing was good in the majority of the elderly,but instrumental activities of daily living (IADL)was disability significantly.The needs of the elderly were various,the needs related health were the most prominent,such as blood glucose measurement and blood pressure measurement were accounted for 64.49% and 76.62%,respectively.Some nursing operation as infusion in-jection and oxygen inhalation were accounted for 66.23% and 54.55%,health education accounted for 58.44 -85.71%.Under the background of nursing volunteer activities,the health demands of the elderly could be basically satisfied,but still need improvement.The nursing volunteer activities were given high evaluation by older adults.Conclusion The most needs of the elderly is satisfied by nursing volunteer care,this model can be provided asareference for elderly home care.
