北京市大兴区在京务工人员麻疹疫苗接种意愿调查

摘要

目的 了解北京市大兴区在京务工人员麻疹疫苗(MV)接种意愿情况.方法 采用方便抽样方法抽取823名无本市户籍、来京居住3个月以上,年龄15周岁以上的外来务工人员进行问卷调查,采用描述性分析、x2检验和多因素Logistic回归对数据进行分析.结果 本调查中在京务工人员麻疹疫苗(MV)意愿接种率为85.7％,其中83.0％的调查对象希望的接种形式是来单位进行疫苗接种;只有50％的调查对象知道麻疹是传染性疾病;对来京务工人员的麻疹疫苗接种意愿影响因素进行Logistic回归分析,结果显示,与来京居住5年以上相比,来京时间小于1年和1～2年的调查人口意愿接种率只有5年以上的50％,OR值分别为0.503、0.463;与对麻疹疾病情况完全不知晓相比,知道麻疹是传染性疾病的调查人群的意愿接种率是不知晓的2倍多(OR=2.454);与认为麻疹疾病是严重的疾病相比,认为麻疹不严重的调查人群的意愿接种率是认为麻疹严重的不到50％ (OR=0.479).结论 北京市大兴区外来务工人员麻疹接种意愿较高,加强免费接种政策宣传,使更多的外来务工人员了解麻疹的危害,知晓预防麻疹的方法,可以大幅度提高麻疹疫苗意愿接种率.%Objective To assess the willingness of measles vaccination (MV) among migrant workers in Daxing District of Beijing.Methods 823 nigrant workers who was aged more than 15 years old,and stayed in Beijing for more than 3 months were chosen by a convenient questionnaire survey.Descriptive analysis,x2 test and logistic regression were used for data analysis.Results The willingness to accept MV was 85.7％ among the migrant workers in Daxing District of Beijing,83.0％ of workers hoped to take vaccination intheir working place.Only half of the respondents knew measles was infectious disease.Logistic regression analysis showed:compared with living in Beijing more than five years,workers whose living time was less than 1 year and between 1-2 years had lower vaccination coverage rate,OR =0.503 and OR =0.463,respectively.Compared with the workers who did not know about measles disease completely,workers knew measles was infectious disease had higher vaccination coverage rate (OR =2.454).Compared with the workers who thought that measles was serious,workers did not think the measles was serious disease had a lower vaccination coverage rate (OR =0.479).Conclusion The migrant workers in Daxing District had high willingness to accept MV.Strengthening publicity of free vaccination policy can help more migrant workers know the dangers of measles and the methods of preventing measles,which can greatly improve the vaccination rate.
