安徽省阜南县适婚青年孕期保健相关知识的影响因素研究

摘要

目的 分析不同特征下适婚青年人群孕期保健相关知识得分的差异,探讨孕期保健相关知识得分的影响因素,为提高适婚青年孕期保健相关知识水平采取相应措施提供基础资料.方法 于2014年12月—2015年2月,采用自编问卷调查表,运用随机抽样的方法,对前来阜南县妇幼保健院参加婚前医学检查的适婚青年男女进行孕期保健相关知识掌握程度的调查研究.结果 共调查男性367人,平均年龄(24.96±3.14)岁;女性447人,平均年龄(24.30±3.27)岁.不同特征人群孕期保健相关知识得分中,本科及以上文化程度最高,为(6.96±2.29)分;3000 ～ 4000元月收入最高,为(6.00±2.09)分;有城镇职工医疗保障最高,为(6.53±2.16)分;处于孕期和有流产史的人群其得分最高,以上差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).多元线性回归分析表明,影响孕期保健知识得分的主要因素为医疗保障、生育情况.结论 阜南县参加免费婚前医学检查的人群孕期保健相关知识知晓得分较低.需要探索新型服务模式,提高适婚人群尤其是低文化程度人群、二孩备孕者的孕期保健相关知识水平.%Objective To analyze the different characteristics of pregnancy health care knowledge score among the marriageable youth,to explore the related influencing factors of pregnancy health care knowledge score,and to offer a proposal for the improvement of the pregnancy health care knowledge score among the marriageable youth.Methods From December,2014 to February,2015,data were collected with the random sampling method through self-designed questionnaires among the respondents who went for PME at Marriage Registration Office in the Funan Maternal and Child Health-care Institute.Results The average age of the man who participate in PME was (24.96 ± 3.14),and the average age of the women was (24.30 ± 3.27).The highest score of education level was (6.96 ± 2.29),which were obtained by the people who at least have bachelor degrees.(6.00 ± 2.09) and (6.53 ± 2.16) were obtained respectively by the people withmonth income between 3000-4000 Yuan and the people who enjoys Urban Residents' Medical Security.The highest score of education level were obtained by the women with abortion history and during pregnancy.Differences mentioned above were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the main factors of pregnancy health care knowledge score passing rate were the health careand fertility.Conclusion In funan country,the pregnancy health care knowledge was low among people who participate in free premarital medical examination (PME).It was necessary to explore new mode of service,in order to improve the level of pregnancy health care knowledge among the people,especially poor education and the women who prepare pregnant second child.
