利用盆栽模拟土壤干旱法,对鹅观草属7种植物幼苗在连续干旱胁迫下的生理生化特征进行研究,综合评价7种植物的抗旱性,筛选抗旱品种.结果表明:随干旱胁迫天数的增加,土壤相对体积含水量、叶片相对含水量和叶绿素含量显著降低(P<0.05),脯氨酸含量、相对电导率、丙二醛(MDA)含量都显著增加(P<0.05);过氧化物酶( POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性先上升,后不同材料变化各异.相关分析表明,除了SOD活性,其他指标之间都存在显著或极显著相关.运用隶属函数法进行综合评价,7种植物的抗旱性顺序为:黑药鹅观草>垂穗鹅观草>肃草>纤毛鹅观草>多变鹅观草>岷山鹅观草>直穗鹅观草.%The physiological and biochemical characteristics of 7 Roegneria plants to drought resistance were studied with potted plant at seedling stage under successive drought stress to simulate soil drought condition, and their drought-resistances were evaluated comprehensively to select cultivar of drought resistance. The results showed that with the days of drought stress increased, soil relative volumetric water content, leaf relative water content and chlorophyll content were significantly decreased (P R. Nutans > R. Stricta > R. Ciliar-is > R. Varla > R. Dura >R. Turczaninorii var. Turczaninovii.
