双乙酸钠对苜蓿与小麦混合青贮发酵品质和有氧稳定性的影响

             

摘要

The alfalfa and wheat (weight ratio of 3:7) were mixed for fermentation, then added sodium diacetate as additive on the ratios (0.1%, 0.3% and 0.5% of fresh weight).The silos preserved in room temperature for 30 days, 45dyas and 60 days.The fermentation quality and aerobic stability were examined on 30, 45, 60th days.The results showed that the pH values of mixed silage declined below 4.2 in the four treatments.Compared with control, the pH values and the ratios of NH3-N/total nitrogen (NH3-N/TN) after adding sodium diacetate was decreased, especially in 0.5% sodium diacetate group (P<0.05).Compared with control, the contents of lactic acid and the contents of acetic acid in 0.3% and 0.5% sodium diacetate addition group were significantly increased (P<0.05).Along with increasing of adding sodium diacetate, aerobic metamorphic time was prolonged (P<0.05), 0.5% sodium diacetate addition was the most effective.This study indicated that sodium diacetate improved the fermentation quality and aerobic stability of mixed silage significantly.%苜蓿和小麦按照3∶7重量比进行混合青贮,添加0.1%、0.3%和0.5%的双乙酸钠,以未添加作为对照,常温下贮存,分别在30、45和60 d检测青贮饲料的发酵品质及有氧稳定性.结果表明:苜蓿与小麦混合青贮各组pH值均降到了4.2以下,双乙酸钠添加组比对照组具有更低的pH值和NH3-N/TN,0.5%组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);添加组乳酸和乙酸含量高于对照组,并分别在0.3%和0.5%组差异显著(P<0.05);随着添加量提高青贮饲料有氧变质时间明显延长(P<0.05),以0.5%添加量效果最好.添加双乙酸钠明显改善了混合青贮饲料发酵品质和有氧稳定性.
