心律失常诱发指数及抗心律失常药物对老年人快速型心律失常的影响

摘要

目的 探讨应用心律失常诱发指数指标预测老年人快速型心律失常发生的几率，对心律失常进行疗效判定。方法 依据钾镁对心肌细胞动作电位的影响，规定(K+标准.Mg2+标准)/(K+实测.Mg2+实测)为心律失常诱发指数，观察了60例快速型心律失常老年病人的心律失常诱发指数的变化。结果 心律失常诱发指数在心律失常组(1.163±0.132)明显高于对照组(1.064±0.141)(P＜0.01)，随着心律失常的缓解，心律失常诱发指数趋于正常(1.050±0.144)(P＜0.01)。结论 心律失常诱发指数可作为预测老年人快速型心律失常发生几率、判定心律失常疗效的一项理想指标。在应用抗心律失常药物的同时，适当补充钾镁，是治疗老年人快速型心律失常的一种有效方法。%Objective To investigate the estimated and quantitiativeevaluation of arrhythmia induce index in patients with tachyarryth mia.Methods Study the changes of arryhthmia induce-index in 60 elderly patients with tachyarrythmia.Results (1)Arrhythmia induce indexes of patients with arr hythmia were significantly higher than that of control group.(2)Arrhythmia induc e indexes became normal when tachyarrhythmia was controlled.Conclusions Arrhythmia induce index is a reliable variabl e in quantitative evaluation of elderly patients with tachyarrhythmia.
