脑淋巴引流阻滞对大脑中动脉阻塞鼠缺血性脑组织氧自由基的影响

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the effects of blo c kade of cerebrallymphatic drainage on oxide free radicals in ischemic brain tis sue.Methods Seventy six Wistar rats were divided randomly int o two groups,the middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) group and MCAO plus cere bral lymphatic blockade(MCAO+CLB)group.Activity of SOD and content of MDA in the ischemic brain tissu es were detected at 24 hours,48 hours and 72 hours respectively after operation.Results In MCAO group,SOD activity in the ischemic brain tissue was significantly decreased while MDA content was increased markedly.In M CAO+CLB group,alterations of above parameters were more obvious.Conclusions Obstruction of cerebral lymphatic drainage may deteriorate ischemic brain damage by increasing oxide free radicals.%目的 探讨脑淋巴引流阻滞对脑缺血后脑组织氧自由基的影响。方法 将76只Wistar大鼠随机分为大脑中动脉阻塞(MCAO)组和MCAO加脑淋巴引流阻断(MCAO+CLB)组,在术后24h、48h和72h分别检测SOD活性和MDA含量的变化。结果 在手术后各时间点,MCAO大鼠缺血区脑组织SOD活力显著降低而MDA含量明显增多,在MCAO+CLB大鼠上述指标的变化更加严重。结论 脑淋巴引流障碍能通过增加缺血区脑组织的氧自由基含而加重MCAO后缺血性脑损伤。
