目的 探讨金莲花中有效成分单体荭草苷和牡荆苷在D-半乳糖致衰小鼠体内抗氧化作用.方法 采用D-半乳糖腹腔注射致亚急性衰老小鼠为模型,8 w造模成功后,分成模型组,维生素E对照组,荭草苷和牡荆苷高、中、低各三个剂量组,给药后进行药理学研究,通过对小鼠抗氧化酶系的检测,探究金莲花有效成分单体荭草苷和牡荆苷抗氧化作用以及筛选出抗衰老作用最佳药物的构效关系.结果 金莲花单体荭草苷和牡荆苷具有提高小鼠血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性.与模型组相比,金莲花单体荭草苷和牡荆苷各剂量组具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01).金莲花单体荭草苷在提高血清中抗氧化酶系的活性高于牡荆苷同等的剂量组,荭草苷和牡荆苷中、低剂量组分别相比,具有统计学意义(P<0.05).荭草苷和牡荆苷高剂量组分别相比,无显著性差异.结论 荭草苷和牡荆苷均具有抗氧化活性,但荭草苷中、低剂量组的抗氧化活性高于牡荆苷.%Objective To study the antioxidation of orientin and vetixin in Trollius chinesis, to probe active component in Trollius chinesis, and expect to discovery new type substance of antioxidation. Methods Aging mice model was duplicated by means of subacut einsenecence induced by D-galaetose for 8 weeks. Successful model mice were divided into model, vitamin E, high, medium, and low does of orientin and vetixin groups. General morphology in mice and changes in brain weight were detected, antioxidant enzyme system in mice was measured. Results Compared to vetixin, high, medium, and low does of orientin had been increasing vitality of T-AOC, SOD, CAT, and lower MDA. There was significant difference between high and medium does of orientin (P<0. 05). High and medium does of orientin had better effect than vetixin. Compared to VE, high, medium and low does of orientin and vetixin had better effect (P <0. 05). High does of orientin and vetixin was better than VE. Conclusions Orientin and vetixin in Trollius chinesis have a good antioxidation activity and Orientin is better than Vetixin.
