甘草体外抗呼吸道合胞病毒的作用及机制

     

摘要

目的:探讨甘草体外抗呼吸道合胞病毒( RSV)的作用及初步机制。方法采用细胞病变效应( CPE)和MTT法,测定细胞半数中毒浓度( TC50)、药物半数抑制浓度( IC50)和抗病毒指数( TI),以利巴韦林为对照,评价甘草抗 RSV的效果。结果甘草在体外既能抑制 RSV的增殖,又能直接杀伤RSV,阻断RSV的感染。甘草的TC50=3.21 mg/ml,IC50=0.273 mg/ml,TI=11.76。甘草比利巴韦林毒性小,抗病毒指数大,安全范围大,抗RSV作用与利巴韦林相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甘草使用安全,在体外对RSV有明显的抑制作用。%Objective To study the effect of anti-respiratory syncytial virus ( RSV) with Radix Glycyrrhizaet and the preliminary mechanism in vitro .Methods The antiviral activity of Radix Glycyrrhizae was tested with ribavirin as the positive control .Virus cytopathic effect ( CPE) and methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium ( MTT) method were used to measure half toxic concentration ( TC50 ) , half inhibitive concen-tration (IC50)and therapeutic index(TI).Results Radix Glycyrrhizae inhibited RSV infection in vitro.The TC50, IC50, TI were 3.21, 0.273 mg/ml, 11.76 respectively.Radix Glycyrrhizae had small toxicity , large antiviral index and security range .The anti-RSV role was similar to the same dose of ribavirin(P>0.05).Conclusions Radix Glycyrrhizae has a significant anti-RSV effect in vitro.
