幽门螺杆菌根除治疗失败的原因

摘要

Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection is associated with many kinds of upper gastrointestinal diseases,and is also associated with some extragastric diseases. Hp eradication can cure peptic ulcer or reduce the risk of recurrence, inhibit the development of chronic atrophic gastritis,and decrease the risk of gastric carcinoma. Antibiotic resistance is the main cause of treatment failure of Hp eradication. Other factors,such as host,environment,co-existing diseases,and treatment regimens may also affect the results of Hp eradication.%幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染与多种上消化道疾病密切相关，还与一些胃外疾病相关，根除 Hp 可治愈消化性溃疡或降低其复发风险，抑制慢性萎缩性胃炎的进展，降低胃癌发生风险。细菌对抗菌药物耐药是导致 Hp 根除失败的最主要原因，而宿主、环境、临床疾病、治疗方案等因素也会对治疗的结果产生一定的影响。
