Clinical manifestations of allergic purpura are not specific and misdiagnoses were inevitable in many cases. One case of severe abdominal purpura with the symptoms of gastrointestinal tract hemorrhage was analyzed retrospectively to enhance the awareness of allergic purpura in clinicians and provide prompt and correct diagnosis and treatment for emergency.%腹型紫癜临床表现多样,极易误诊.本文通过对1例以消化道大出血为首发表现的重症腹型紫癜诊治过程分析并复习相关文献,旨在提高临床医师对腹型紫癜的认识,及时作出正确的诊断和治疗.
