Objective To compare the effects of dopamine on ionic transport in different segments of rat distal colonic mucosa. Methods Short-circuit current (Isc) technique was used to measure change in Isc induced by dopamine in different segments of rat distal colonic mucosa. Results Basolateral addition of low dose of dopamine ( < 1 mmol/L) produced a decrease in Isc with remarkable response observed in the segments close to the anus, while basolateral application of high dose of dopamine ( 1 mmol/L) induced an increase in Isc in the segments far away from the anus. Conclusion Different segments of rat distal colonic mucosa have different responses to dopamine with different concentration.%目的 比较多巴胺在大鼠不同节段远端结肠黏膜上引起的离子转运变化.方法 剥离健康成年SD大鼠不同节段远端结肠黏膜,运用短路电流技术研究多巴胺对黏膜离子转运的影响.结果 黏膜基膜侧应用小剂量多巴胺(<1 mmol/L)可使短路电流曲线下降,越靠近肛门的黏膜上皮细胞对多巴胺的反应越大,而远离肛门的远端结肠黏膜基膜侧应用大剂量(1 mmol/L)多巴胺使短路电流曲线上升.结论 大鼠不同节段远端结肠黏膜对不同浓度的多巴胺反应不同.
