Pylephlebitis in recent years because of its low incidence, rarely cause clinical doctor attention. In this article, diagnosis and treatment process of 1 case of acute suppurative appendicitis complicated with pylephlebitis were analyzed and the relevant literature was reviewed , improve the acute appendicitis complicated with pylephlebitis of clinical diagnosis and treatment level.%近年来门静脉炎由于其低发病率,很少引起临床医生的注意,本文通过对1例急性化脓性阑尾炎并发门静脉炎诊治过程进行分析并复习相关文献,提高急性阑尾炎并发门静脉炎的临床诊治水平.
