溃疡性结肠炎抗TNF-α单抗治疗的最新进展

摘要

目前关于溃疡性结肠炎( ulcerative colitis,UC)的发病机制尚不十分清楚,多数认为UC的发生与遗传、环境、感染、免疫等因素有关。关于UC的治疗,临床上常用的方法有药物及外科治疗,其中抗肿瘤坏死因子-α单抗( anti-TNFα)生物治疗是目前的研究热点之一,本文就近几年国内外关于UC的抗TNF-α单抗生物治疗新进展作一概述。%Recently, the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis ( UC) remains very unclear. The majority think the occur-rence of UC is related to factors of hereditary, environment, infection, immune and so on. Medication and surgery are u-sually used for the treatment of UC. Anti-tumor necrosis factorα( anti-TNFα) monoclonal antibody biotherapy is one of the research hotspots. This paper will review the new progress of the anti-TNFα antibody biotherapy.
