PRR11对肝内胆管细胞癌患者预后的影响

摘要

目的 探讨肝内胆管细胞癌(intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma,ICC)组织及其癌旁组织中PRR11蛋白表达对ICC临床病理特征及预后的影响.方法 应用组织芯片及免疫组化S-P法检测67例ICC组织及其相应癌旁组织中PRR11蛋白表达水平,并结合临床病理学特征及随访资料进行分析.结果 PRR11蛋白在细胞质中表达,ICC组织中PRR11蛋白阳性表达显著高于癌旁组织(P＜0.05).PRR11蛋白表达与ICC的浸润程度、局部淋巴结转移及TNM分期之间有显著相关性(P＜0.05).Kaplan-Meier生存分析结果显示,PRR11蛋白表达水平与患者生存期呈负相关(P＜0.05).结论 PRR11蛋白在ICC中高表达,可能参与ICC的局部浸润及转移过程,是ICC患者的不良预后因素.%Objective To investigate the expression of PRR11 in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) and adjacent tissues,and its effect on clinical features and prognosis.Methods Tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry were used to evaluate the expression of PRR11 and its association with clinical outcome was analyzed in 67 patients with ICC.Results The expression of PRR11 was significantly higher in ICC tissues than that in the adjacent tissues (P ＜0.05).The expression of PRR11 was associated with cancer invasion,lymph node metastasis and TNM stages (P ＞0.05).Kaplan-Meier survival analysis indicated that the overexpression of PRR11 was negatively correlated with overall survival with ICC patients (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion High expression of PRR11 protein is observed in ICC and maybe involve in tumor invasion and metastasis and is a poor prognostic factor in patients with ICC.
