探讨钼靶X线联合MRI检查对乳腺癌淋巴结转移的诊断效果

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of X-ray mammography combined with MRI diagnosis of breast cancer lymphatic metastasis. Method 497 cases of breast cancer in our hospital from May 2008 to May 2014, preoperative X-ray mammography, MRI examination and a joint inspection with the pathological diagnosis of compliance. Result X-ray mammography detection of lymph node metastasis in 416 cases, 81 cases without metastasis, the diagnostic sensitivity was 94.1%, specificity was 35.4%, the total coincidence rate was 73.4%; MRI examination in detection of lymph node metastasis in 397 cases, 100 cases without metastasis, the diagnostic sensitivity was 94.7%, speciifcity was 96.3%, the total coincidence rate was 95.0%;X-ray mammography combined with MRI to check the sensitivity was 97.6%, speciifcity was 93.2%, the total coincidence rate was 96.8%. Conclusion X-ray mammography combined with MRI in breast cancer lymph node has a supplementary role in diagnosis of metastasis, defects can compensate for the single diagnosis to diagnosis, better effect, and higher safety, the prognosis and survival quality assurance has important signiifcance.%目的：探讨钼靶X线联合MRI检查对乳腺癌淋巴结转移的诊断效果。方法选取本院2008年5月至2014年5月收治的497例乳腺癌患者，比较术前钼靶X线、MRI检查及联合检查与术后病理诊断的符合情况。结果钼靶X线检查检出淋巴结转移416例，无转移81例，诊断灵敏度为94.1%，特异性为35.4%，总体符合率为73.4%；MRI检查检出淋巴转移397例，无转移100例，诊断灵敏度为94.7%，特异性为96.3%，总体符合率为95.0%；钼靶X线联合MRI检查灵敏度为97.6%，特异性为93.2%，总体符合率为96.8%。结论钼靶X线联合MRI检查在乳腺癌淋巴结转移的诊断中具有补充作用，可弥补单一诊断的缺陷，达到更佳的诊断效果，且安全性更高，对改善患者预后和提高其生活质量均具有重要意义。
