普罗布考联合他汀类药物对缺血性脑卒中患者脂质代谢的影响

摘要

目的：观察普罗布考联合阿托伐他汀对缺血性脑卒中患者脂质代谢的影响。方法选取2013年1月至2015年1月本院缺血性脑卒中患者66例为研究对象，按随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组各33例。对照组患者给予阿托伐他汀治疗，观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上联用普罗布考治疗。比较两组患者治疗后生化指标及血脂水平的差异。结果治疗后6个月两组患者氧化型低密度脂蛋白（ox-LDL）、高敏 C 反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）水平均明显低于入院时（P ＜0.05），血清脂联素（APN）水平高于入院时（P ＜0.05）；治疗后6个月观察组患者 APN、ox-LDL、hs-CRP、MMP-9水平改善程度均明显优于对照组（P ＜0.05）。治疗后6个月两组患者总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）水平均明显低于入院时（P ＜0.05），高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）水平高于入院时（P ＜0.05）；治疗后6个月观察组患者 TC、TG、LDL-C 水平改善程度均明显优于对照组（P ＜0.05）。两组患者均未发生严重不良反应，均可耐受并顺利完成治疗。结论与单独使用阿托伐他汀相比，阿托伐他汀联合普罗布考治疗缺血性脑卒中在调节血脂、抗炎及抗氧化等方面作用更为显著。%Objective To observe the effect atorvastatin combined with probucol on lipid metabolism in patients with ischemic stroke. Method 66 cases of patients with ischemic stroke were selected from January 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital for treatment, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 33 cases in each group. Control group patients were given atorvastatin calcium tablets, observation group patients were given probucol tablets on the basis of control group. The biochemical indexes and blood lipid levels between the two groups were observed after treatment. Result After 6 months treatment, the levels of hs-CRP, MMP-9, ox-LDL were significantly decreased, APN concentration was significantly increased, the differences were significant (P < 0.05); the ox-LDL, hs-CRP, APN and MMP-9 levels in observation group were significantly better than control group (P < 0.05). After 6 months treatment, the levels of TG, LDL-C and TC in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, the HDL-C level was significantly increased, the differences were significant (P < 0.05); the TG, LDL-C and TC levels in observation group were significantly lower than control group, the differences were significant (P < 0.05). There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups, all of which could be tolerated and successfully completed the treatment. Conclusion Atorvastatin combined probucol exerts a synergical effect on lipid metabolism, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, its effect is more significantly than atorvastatin alone.
