液质联用法检测海水中氯霉素的含量

摘要

应用液质联用仪测定海水中氯霉素的含量.水样经乙酸乙酯萃取、浓缩,以1 mL 50％的甲醇-水溶液定容,采用液相色谱-三重四级杆串联质谱仪、多反应监测扫描模式(MRM)检测和氘代氯霉素内标法定量.海水中氯霉素检测方法的线性范围是0.10～ 10.0ng·mL-1,检出限为0.04μg·L-1,定量限为0.10μg·L-1,加标浓度在线性范围内时,回收率大于90％.试验证明:该方法比较稳定,适用于检测海水中氯霉素的含量.%In this study, a high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometric(HPLC-MS/ MS) method has been developed to determine chloramphenicol (CAP)level in seawater. Samples were subjected to extraction by ethyl acetate, concentration and constant volume prior to HPLC-MS/MS analysis. The analysis was carried out in the multi-reaction monitoring(MRM) mode and internal standard isotope dilution method was used for quantification. Calibration curves for CAP exhibited good linearity over the concentration range from 0.10 to 10.0 ng·mL-1, with quantification limits of 0.10μg·L-1, indicating that the method can meet the requirements of detection of CAP in seawater.
