城市湖泊中邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)类物质的组成及其分布特征

         

摘要

利用GC-MS检测长春市不同位置的4个城市湖泊表层水体中8种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)的浓度.结果表明:4个湖泊表层水体中PAEs总浓度(∑8PAEs)变化范围为3.02~13.03ng/mL;不同城市湖泊夏季的表层水体中的∑8PAEs含量具有一定差异性,整体表现为北湖最高,南湖和雁鸣湖其次,八一水库最低;∑8PAEs与溶解性有机物浓度(DOC)及总悬浮物浓度(TSM)没有相关性.邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEP)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基)己酯(DEHP)和邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯(DIDP)广泛存在于4个湖泊水体中,5~7月的平均浓度范围依次为:0.04~0.1 lng/mL、0.08~l.15ng/mL、1.20~4.30ng/mL、2.86~4.52ng/mL和0.10~0.31 ng/mL,而邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP)和邻苯二甲酸丁酯苄酯(BBP)仅在南湖水体中被检测到.根据《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838-2002)要求,南湖和北湖夏季水体DBP和DEHP浓度均达标,雁鸣湖的DBP浓度超标,八一水库DBP和DEHP浓度均超标.本研究中的4个城市湖泊表层水体中PAEs的浓度高于目前报道的其他地区地表水中PAEs的浓度.%The concentrations of eight types of phthalate esters (PAEs) were determined in the surface water of four urban lakes in Changchun,China,by GC-MS.Results showed that the concentrations of ∑8PAEs in surface water were varied from 3.02 ng/mL to 13.03 ng/mL,the maximal ∑8PAEs in Bei Lake,followed by in Nan Lake and Yanming Lake,and the minimal in Bayi reservoir.There was no correlation between the ∑8PAEs and concentrations of dissolved organic matter (DOC) and total suspended matter (TSM).Dimethyl phthalate (DMP),dicyclohexyl phthalate (DEP),dibutyl phthalate (DBP),bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) and diisodecyl phthalate (DIDP) were found in all lakes in this study,with an average concentrations of0.04~0.11 ng/mL,0.08~1.15ng/mL,1.20~4.30 ng/mL,2.86~4.52 ng/mL and 0.10~0.31 ng/mL from May to July,respectively.However,di-octyl phthalate (DOP),(diisononyl phthalate (DINP) and benzylbutyl phthalate (BBP) were only found in Nan Lake.According to GB3838-2002,concentrations of DBP and DEHP in water of Nan Lake and Bei Lake were up to standard in summer,but exceeded in Bayi reservoir.DBP concentrations in water from Yanming Lake in summer was exceeded the standard too.In addition,there were higher PAEs concentrations in four urban lakes than the reported concentration in surface water of other areas.
