目的 总结本实验室建立小鼠急性心肌梗死模型的学习曲线,实验室技术人员在医学研究生培养中的作用.方法 4名有理论基础无外科基础实验室技术人员,进行小鼠急性心肌梗死模型建立的培训,从术前死亡率、冠脉结扎准确度及模型建立所需时间及稳定性角度进行评价.结果 经过至少1个月培训,可以将术前小鼠死亡率降低至合理范围(小于5%);经过至少六个月训练,心肌梗死模型可以在(20±2)min完成,稳定性较好[四周后,左室射血分数为(18±2)%].结论实验室技术人员在研究生培养中起到重要作用,尤其是一些对时间、技能要求较高的平台型技术,更是不可或缺.%Objective To analyze the learning curve of establishing an acute myocardial infarction (AMI) in mice, with an eye on the importance of laboratory technicians in the training of medical postgraduates. Methods Four volunteers with no operation basis were involved to establish AMI models of mice which were evaluated from the preoperative mortality, accuracy, the required time and stability. Results After at least 1 months of training, the preoperative mortality of mice was reduced to a reasonable range ( less than 5%);after at least six months of training, operations can be done in (20±2) min. Conclusion Laboratory technicians play an important role in the training of medical postgraduates, especially in some of demanding platform techniques.
